I bring empathy it to life by becoming the voice I once needed. Through my most personal project, I turn lived experience into creative introspection. I share moments of doubt, growth, and clarity—opening myself up in order to create space for others. Through words, reflection, and visual expression, I offer guidance on Instagram, not as answers, but as companionship. This project is an extension of my design practice: listening first, naming what’s often left unsaid, and translating emotion into something clear, honest, and human.
